V INTERNATIONAL TCHAIKOVSKY COMPETITION FOR YOUNG MUSICIANS

| 4.1 | Daily 15 - minute practice facilities will be available at the Competition Halls during the First and Second Rounds, and a 60-minute rehearsal with Orchestra in the Third Round. The rehearsal schedule shall be set by the Organizing Committee. |
